Time:  1:00 p.m. – 4:00 pm; prizes awarded at 4:00 pm 

Location:  Canyon Country Discovery Center

***FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC***

Judging Categories: 

     Children, 4 - 7, no adult help
     Children, 8 - 12, no adult help
     Children, 12 - 17, no adult help
     Adults, 18+
 
Rules: 

 - Chalk packages will be provided to participants and artists are also able to bring their own chalk if they choose.

 - All chalks must be water-based; no fixatives allowed.

 - Art must be original and designs must be family-friendly. Canyon Country Discovery Center reserves the right to immediately erase any inappropriate material as deemed so by the council.  No political or controversial topics please.

 - Judges decisions are final. 

  - If there is light or sporadic rain, please plan to protect your artwork with a canopy or large umbrella. Spectators may set up chairs if desired. Snacks and beverages are allowed but must remain away from sidewalk squares.

 - Event may be cancelled due to inclement weather

 - Space is limited.  Participation limited to first-come, first-served.
