EXHIBITS

Our learning stations (exhibits) at the Canyon Country Discovery Center are designed to use a place-based, hands-on, experiential approach to learning. Our Discovery Center offers a new kind of learning that puts an active experience with tangible objects directly in your own hands. We strive to provide Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) exhibits designed to engage visitors of all ages. The scale of most exhibits is small, so children and adults alike can create their own experiments. The moving parts fit the human hand and are made for manipulating. We make exhibits with interactive qualities, such that both exhibit and users change, even in small and unexpected ways, by the encounters. One user's discovery provides a foundation for the next user to make one of their own. After “playing” with our educational learning stations, visitors can venture out into canyon country and recognize that what they learned at the Canyon Country Discovery Center is all around them.

SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY

Engage with interactive exhibits to visualize invisible phenomena, optimize wind turbines, flying structures. Create your own landscapes and investigate water flow.
